  • Dropshipping Notice: Orders placed on our website are fulfilled directly by our logistics and fulfillment partner networks (including Tazah Global LLC / Zambeel).

Section 3 - Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Order Verification: For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer support team or automated verification system may contact you (via phone or WhatsApp) to confirm the order details before dispatch.

  • Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including full address, contact number, and valid recipient information.

Section 4 - Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided on our site (typically 1–3 business days depending on the destination region) are estimates.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen courier delays, customs clearance, or remote location limitations.

  • Refusal of valid COD deliveries upon arrival without prior notice or valid reason may result in a permanent ban of your account or contact details from future ordering.

Section 5 - Replacements and Refunds

  • No Cash Refunds: We strictly do not offer cash or monetary refunds.

  • Replacements: If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken, you may be eligible for a replacement in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

  • 30-Day Window: Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by mandatory video proof of the damage or defect.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or replacements for a "change of mind".

Section 6 - Third-Party Links & Partner Fulfillment

We utilize trusted third-party logistics and supplier networks to store, pack, and ship orders. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your shipping information will be shared securely with our fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

Souq Al-Mizan | Mizan Bazar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Souq Al-Mizan | Mizan Bazar, our partners, suppliers, and fulfillment providers from any claim or demand.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates / GCC jurisdiction where orders are fulfilled.
